We recently worked with Mark Sherman and his team at Praeva to help undertake an executive search for a new CEO in a high profile construction services business. This was a challenging brief that needed to be executed relatively quickly. Ultimately the team did an excellent job in helping reach out and identify a number of excellent short list candidates which resulted in finding a top-class replacement (whilst providing high class options).
